It’s Time To Fuel Up Some More

The other day I posted a picture of the low gas prices down in my neck of the woods. It was below $2.00 for the first time I can remember in a long time. I noticed last night that Nashville was bordering on finally breaking the $2.00 barrier as well and it appears that in some places it has as of this morning. Then on my ride home I saw that the prices are plummeting even further.

Just try and find it cheaper in Middle Tennessee…I just dare you! I would love to see it break the $1.00 barrier. I may have to start filling up jugs and stowing it away for when the prices spike again.

Feel Good Friday: The Humpty Dance

First of all, happy Friday to you all. I just cannot wait to NOT be at work and have some time away. Secondly, I hate to admit this but I really enjoy Digital Underground. I do. Those of you who know me realize that I am more of a classic rock / hard rock kind of guy. I generally loathe any music that is remotely related to rap or hip-hop or dance. This song however captivated me ever since it was released. I used to listen to the old Y107 pop/dance station back in the day and shun the old KDF classic rock radio station just to hear this song. In hindsight I could have just bought the cassingle or something (remember those?).

Anyway, for the most part I have come back to my senses in the musical sense but every once in a while something goofy like this hypnotizes me and makes me stupid.

Oh well. I hope everyone has a good weekend. Be sure to send well wishes to the G-Man family. Everyone over there is sick! Yuck. Feel better guys.
