Feel Good Friday: Blister In The Sun

Man has this week been extremely long. I am soooo thankful that it is Friday. What is better than a Friday? Oh yeah, a Saturday. Nevermind. Anyway, what I present for your listening pleasure on this FGF is a band that I discovered, like most of us did, in college. I experienced a ton of grunge (Alice In Chains, Pearl Jam), psychedelia (Pink Floyd), mellow (Van Morrison) and whatever this is categorized to be (Violent Femmes).

I heard them for the first time out at MTSU and fell in love and ran out to buy their greatest hits. I would not be disappointed. So today I give you the Violent Femmes and their classic “Blister In The Sun“. Go weekend it up, ya’ll!
