Oh my goodness can it really be Friday? Thank you Lord! I have been looking forward to NOT being at work since, well, Monday morning at 7:30am! I have a lot to look forward to this weekend. First of all, not being at work. Secondly, I hope to finish another book. Then, maybe a little rest and relaxation in front of the tube while watching some football.
Also, we have just decided to attend the super-(not-so)-secret Nashville Blogger get-together for Saturday evening down at the Flying Saucer. It sounds like a great atmosphere of having some drinks and finally meeting people face to face after two years.**
I do know; however, that I won’t have to get The School Girl hammered to take her home with me (**wink** **wink**). That leads quite nicely into my song for this wonderful Friday. I have an affinity towards the band Chicago. They aren’t your prototypical rock and roll band but this track I chose is a nice little ditty that rocks the house. I love the video as well, with all of the fast cars and chases and whatnot. Give it a whirl and have a killer weekend.

**By the way, is it Ginger and Kathy that have been getting my name wrong a bit lately? Ahem, Matt LeBlanc is my distant (I’ve never met him) cousin who was a bit of a big deal on the television. I am a bit of a minor deal on the internet…well, at least in my house…err, well, in my mind at least. All together now, the name is Brian.
