My 12 Year Old Brain

As I was driving home from work this afternoon The School Girl was perusing some vegetarian cookbook she picked up the other night. She was reading some of the dishes to me and some of them did sound pretty decent. They were missing just one thing though…meat. But that is another story all together.

So anyway, my little eye happens to spy a recipe from this cookbook out of the corner of my little peeper and I began to laugh heartily.

Nut Butter

I mean who is going to eat something called “nut butter”. I believe that we used this term back in high school as slang for, well, you know…s-e-m-e-n. Hehehehe. Try and over look my childish tendencies. I know it’s hard (that’s what she said!). Sorry, I did it again.

Ahem, Excuse Me?

Yes, I am talking to all of you. I must ask, have you read this post here? If not I will wait while you go and read it. Are you interested? Hmmm…

Well have you gone to this site and read this post over there? I will wait again while you go do just that. Okay, so now you understand right?

Here is the deal: Friday night, July 17, 2008 (that’s tomorrow) come hang out with G-Man, SueBoo, Uncle Grizz, Auntie P, The School Girl (has anyone noticed that she has started blogging recently too?) and yours truly, LeBlanc for an evening of loud rock and roll. Everyone is invited. You should come support Nashville’s best unsigned band, Flat Rock Revival, and help celebrate the release of their self-released debut CD, Before They Pulled The Plug…. I mean for crying out loud you can pick up a copy for only $5.00 at the show.

On top of all of the reverie of loud rock music and supporting your local community you also get to come hang out with me and you just never know what that may bring.
