I have been up since a bit after 7:00 am this morning to get some stuff done around the house. The plan for today included a bit of house work and then meeting up with G-Man and SueBoo to watch Cool Ronald and his band, Flat Rock Revival, rock out tonight.
The School Girl was to head to the chiropractor this morning and then I was going to start on my list. There is always a snafu though. Her car wouldn’t start…at all. I figured that it must be due to the fact it has not been started in almost two weeks. I got really lazy when BOTH headlights went out! Well, the battery had sort of exploded. Not too bad mind you. So I had to run and get a new one…and new headlights. The morning consisted of me fixing all of that.
Then there was the balancing of the check book. That is always a ton of fun. Then laundry for the past week, and dishes for almost a week. Yeah, we don’t have a dishwasher either. I had some lightbulbs that needed replacing around the house too! The wife has been vacuuming and dusting, etc. All of that fun stuff I don’t want to do.
Now I am sitting here knowing that I have to get into the shower before heading out to me the peeps and I am feeling hot and tired. I keep thinking that I hope I can stay up until the guys hit the stage at 9:45 pm! I was considering a nap. There is no time for that.
Anyway, I downloaded a couple of pics from my phone that I took this week. One was of my television earlier this week about that story of a Georgia school principal and his wife that were murdered in their home. The network sort of kinda used the wrong spelling of the word:
